Reporting to the Lounge Managers and Regional Director of Talent & Culture this is a true Generalist role responsible for providing Talent & Culture leadership and managing Talent & Culture initiatives and projects. You will be a champion of our culture and engagement of our team of service professionals.
Day to day your tasks will include:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Training & Development coordination
  • Grievance & Disciplinary Handling
  • Employee Relations & Recognition
  • Workplace Safety & Health
  • Coaching leaders to achieve great people outcomes

Our ideal applicant will have:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources leadership roles
  • HR Generalist within Hotel or Hospitality operations experience are desirable
  • Confident interpreting Award and providing advice
  • A passion for building genuine connections with the team and driving engagement
