Reporting to the Lounge Managers and Regional Director of Talent & Culture this is a true Generalist role responsible for providing Talent & Culture leadership and managing Talent & Culture initiatives and projects. You will be a champion of our culture and engagement of our team of service professionals.
Day to day your tasks will include:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Training & Development coordination
- Grievance & Disciplinary Handling
- Employee Relations & Recognition
- Workplace Safety & Health
- Coaching leaders to achieve great people outcomes
Our ideal applicant will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources leadership roles
- HR Generalist within Hotel or Hospitality operations experience are desirable
- Confident interpreting Award and providing advice
- A passion for building genuine connections with the team and driving engagement
